JGSGB-Announce Mailing List: New England Get-Together at Washington Conference

We are trying to set up a short dinner meeting on Monday (August 15) for members of JGSGB, WMJGS, and others from the New England area who are attending the International Conference on Jewish Genealogy in Washington. The dinner would start at a time after the end of the Repository Fair Monday afternoon (5 pm) and would definitely be finished in time for people to get to the performance of the play (8 pm).

Finding a suitable restaurant and making an arrangement is tricky (and not guaranteed to succeed), and it would help us to have in advance some idea of the number of people who might attend. So, if you think that you might join us, please write back to me to let me know the names of people in your party (spouses and friends are welcome). There is no commitment at this point. Once plans have been finalized, we will post information about the dinner on the bulletin board at the conference.

Also, if you have not already told me that you are attending the conference, please let me know that information as well. In the next few days we will send out guidance (by direct email, not this list) on how our local attendees can help gather information to assist in planning the 2013 Boston conference.
