Volunteers: IAJGS Conference at The Park Plaza - August 3 to 9

 

Volunteers from the Boston area are needed for the JGSGB table, Boston hospitality table, and computer resource room.  If you work at least four consecutive hours you'll get a free registration for that day. This includes the evening entertainment but not fee-based optional events such as the banquet or SIG luncheons. Check the schedule www.iajgs2013.org, then contact 2013volunteers [at] jgsgb.org to indicate your preferred day.

 

Are you from Quincy?

Prof. Ellen Smith of Brandeis discusses the history of the Boston Jewish community and synagogue architecture in a recent video filmed at the Newton Free Library. Prof. Smith will lead walking tours of the North End and West End of Boston during our conference and will present at several sessions.
