National Archives Virtual Genealogy Fair

For the first time ever, the National Archives will host a virtual Genealogy Fair with live lectures and chat via the website UStream and a help line. This two-day program will showcase tips and techniques for using Federal records at the National Archives for genealogy research.  Call in to the Genealogy Help Line or email your questions.  Free.

Jewish Farmers of Massachusetts

Marjorie Short, a long-term member of the JGSGB, will present a program discussing the rise and decline of the colony of Jewish farmers in eastern Massachusetts at the turn of the 20th century. She will include material from related families and describe how those families lived at that time.
