How to Get the Most Out of the Upcoming
International Jewish Genealogical Conference
Preceded by a brief Annual Meeting and Society elections
Temple Emanuel
385 Ward Street
Newton Centre, MA
The annual conference of the International Association of Jewish Genealogy Societies will be held in Boston from August 4 to August 9, the first time since 1996 that this outstanding conference will be in Boston. A large group of JGSGB members has been hard at work for ore than a year planning to make this conference the best ever.
We expect that many of our members will be attending the conference, and this special program is designed to provide a head start in getting the most out of the conference. The panelists – volunteer conference planners and experienced conference-goers – will provide an overview of the conference and its programs, workshops, and research tools. They will also offer suggestions on ways to prepare for the conference and tips on how most to enjoy and benefit from it.
Register now if you are planning to attend. Registration will be closed shortly.

Have you volunteered yet? We need lots of VOLUNTEERS....for conference setup, hospitality, introducing speakers. Are you experienced in using genealogy websites for database research? Can you translate documents? If you've already volunteered, we'll be in touch soon.
