Check out all the great sessions at the New England
Regional Genealogical Conference (NERGC). Almost half of the nearly 100
lectures — including many that are being given by major experts in
their fields — should be of interest to anyone doing Jewish genealogy.
If you can’t make it to the IAJGS International Conference on Jewish
Genealogy in Israel this summer, you can take advantage of a major
conference with a stellar cast of genealogists much closer to home.

This action-packed conference will have 7 different tracks each day with a wide range of topics including: technology, photographs, New England repositories, using the census, how to tell and publish family stories, researching women, DNA, genealogy on the web, creating a research plan from a single document, using tax records for genealogy … and many, many more. Learn something new and brush up on topics you already know something about.
Nationally-acclaimed speakers include Judy G. Russell (the Legal Genealogist), Lisa Louise Cooke (host of the Genealogy Gems podcast) and Joshua Taylor (Genealogy Roadshow) who will give several lectures and a banquet talk.
For conference highlights, see Meredith Hoffman’s recommendations on our website. JGSGB is co-sponsoring the conference.
