The Society is now using a new and modern email system, provided by ConstantContact, for more professional and attractive emails. Support for iPhones and Android smartphones is much improved.
The first email from the new system was just sent. Did you receive an email entitled:
JGSGB - Sun Mar 26 - Poland 1938 film & Ashkenazi genetics - 1:30 Temple Emanuel
Do you use Google Mail (Gmail) to receive messages from JGSGB? Can you see the new message?
If you are using Gmail, it is possible that the initial email from the new JGSGB email system appears in the Inbox Promotions tab or another tab instead of the Inbox Primary tab. It’s quick and easy to move the email and all future messages from JGSGB to the Primary tab.
Open the Promotions tab. Click-and-drag the JGSGB email from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab as shown by the arrow.
After it is dropped, Gmail will ask if you want to make the change permanent. Click on Yes.
